We ordered 2 white porch rockers as a gift. When they finally arrived & were unboxed, both chairs had the front of their seats broken....poor quality or poor shipping?? [...] Both the recipient & we the senders, are very disappointed.

We bought this chair about 3 months ago and it is slowly falling apart piece by piece. It was easy to assemble and sits comfortably. After a few weeks the wood split and screws started to fall out. I was very disappointed! :0(

I purchased 2 rockers, however do to a defect the holes wouldn't line; 4 adults could not assemble the first one we opened, after 3 hours we packaged them up and returned both..

The rocker came with no damage. It was simple to put together, but be sure to separate the longer bolts from the medium sized bolts so that you attach everything correctly. The rocker rocks comfortably on my balcony, and on a rainy day, it really stands out and shines like new. I especially like the seat and the back because it tends not to collect water. Wind usually passes through the chair without pushing it around, but I'll probably bring it indoors in high wind because there's no railing on the balcony.
