I had bought 2 can openers before I bought this one. I wish I would have purchased this one first. I am totally satisfied with this can opener, I have not had a single problem at all with this product. I am totally glad I bought this one, just wished I purchased it before the other 2. Plugged it in and works every single time, no hassles at all. So happy with this purchase!!
