I am an avid review reader and thoroughly research any product before I buy it. After researching for weeks I was excited to see that there was finally a quality heavy duty product out there that cleaned hard floors and I was willing to give it a try. I was very skeptical at first but this machine is amazing! We have a 1300 square foot home, all tile and hardwood, and this machine can clean, scrub, & dry my entire house in less time than it used to take me to mop the kitchen. We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 daughters under the age of 3 so cleanliness is a must have in our lifestyle. I love that the clean water is separate from the dirty water and you can use your own cleaning solution, I have used Caldrea, Swiffer, and Pinesol products. I would highly recommend this machine over the steam mop machines that are on the market.
