I saw this skirt while passing through the store, I liked how it was kinda flirty and just above to my knee. I'm 5'11" and most of the skirts are too short. A Large was the biggest size available so I grabbed the solid turquoise and the navy print. It's described as having a low waist, but it fit me at my natural waist which is how I got away with a Large. It's clearly a light-weight summer skirt, or with a sweater, tights and boots you can wear it year 'round. I would advise wearing a slip underneath to help with clinging and the silkiness of the fabric. The belt is super cheap plastic, I tossed it into the Goodwill bag. I was surprised to find the side pockets when I got home, which was an extra bonus for me! I love pockets!
