This is really nice for people who not only work out but also clean their homes. I can clean the catbox without this falling in it like my old method of stuffing my ipod in my hoodie pocket. I have a skinny arm and it still fits, which was my biggest worry.The downside is that it's hard to get out of the case when it's time to charge it because the plastic sticks to the screen.
