I purchased this cart for the secretary in the office for secretaries day. She was always carrying a huge stack of charts from desk to desk and I was worried that she would hurt her back. She now uses the cart and she feels much safer.

I purchased this cart thinking it will hold up; however, the wheels got bent bringing it down the stairs. Most cart wheels don't bend easily when going up and down the stairs.

About two weeks ago the handle on the cart bent and collapsed. We had no where close to the limit it says on it in the cart. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this. I have no car, this was my means to get to the store and home with groceries. I am a senior citizen and also disabled. I was stuck on the street with a broken cart and had to take a taxi home which I can not afford. I can't tell you how many people on the bus asked me where I got my cart. When I see them on the neighborhood bus I will tell them not to purchase it. As I said I am disappointed and frustrated. I purchased the strongest cart only to have it come a part in a short time!!!!
