This clock looks really nice on my kitchen wall. It's a little small but still very nice for the money. It's true to color and looks nice with my other red accents in my kitchen.

Not a tomato red, but not maroon either. I love that this has a retro feel w/out a steep price. The only thing I noticed was that the motor on this clock was incredibly loud. Perhaps it was the particular clock I rec'd but I recommend that buyers keep this in mind if they plan to put it in a bedroom or office b/c it could be distracting.

The picture shows the clock as having a shiny red color, but it is actually a flat maroon/burgundy type color.

I only got this clock because it was supposed to match the table and chairs. It was a lot darker. I am really disappointed, but more so of the table and chairs than anything.

I agree that the color isn't exactly what is pictured, it is a little bit darker red, but by no means maroon. I think anyone who has red kitchen appliances or table linens will be pleased with how this matches.
It's a nice and affordable vintage looking clock.
