| Target.com Online Return Policy
Online purchases must be returned within 90 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, movies, video games, software and collectibles. GiftCards, e-GiftCards, prepaid music, game and phone cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.

It’s easy to return a Target.com purchase through our Online Returns Center. Here’s how: 1. Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you returning a gift? 2. If you are the purchaser, select the appropriate order from your account history, and then click “Continue”. 3. If you are returning a gift, please enter the Order ID from the packing slip and click “Continue”. You’ll then be prompted to enter your name and email address. This is needed in order to process your refund.
4. Select the reason for the return and select the quantity of items you are returning. Then click “Continue”. 5. Select the return method of your choice and click “Continue”.
6. Follow the printing and return instructions.
7. If you are returning an item that weighs over 150 pounds, please contact Target.com Online Guest Services to arrange a pick up for your return.
For your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping. Mailing labels created in our Online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only.
Target.com Refunds:
• Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.
• Target GiftCard and e-GiftCard Purchases: Your refund will be issued in the form of a Target e-GiftCard good for purchases at Target.com. • Gift Recipients: Your refund will be issued in the form of a Target e-GiftCard good for purchases at Target.com.
Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap: If the return is a result of our error, return the item to a Target.com Returns Center for a refund of the appropriate shipping and gift wrap charges.
Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD players and portable electronics.
Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.
