The string in the front to secure the cover ripped. Plus, it does not fit standard ironing boards. Its too small for them. You have to buy the Rowenta ironing board first.

I purchased my extra large 18"x47" ironing board at Target and bought a cover at that time. When the cover wore out, I ordered a new cover on line and when I received it, it was so skimpily-made that it did not cover the ironing board, either lengthwise or side to side. Very disappointed in this product.

I had purchased the Target brand replacement cover. Cover would not secure firmly and I ended up purchasing an entirely new ironing board...
