Wow! Tons of microwaving and these have not stained! That alone is worth it to me!

These are great. After lots of use, they still look brand new. I put leftover dinner straight into them, put them in the freezer, then take for lunch at work and pop in the microwave. After work, they go into the dishwasher, and voila, good as new. They don't stain or crust, and they look great. They stack nicely in the cabinet. There are four sizes of bowls which stack in 2 stacks. The 1.25 cup and 2 cup bowls stack together and use the same lids. The 3 cup and 5 cup stack together and use the same lids. we registered for this on our bridal registry and we absolutely love it. my husband's a firefighter and takes leftover meals to work in it, reheats food in it, and it washes clean every time (pasta, chicken, whatever-always comes clean). seals nice and tight and keeps food fresh-we even store leftover salad in it and the lettuce doesn't get soggy. so great we are buying a set for my parents for xmas! highly recommended!

This is an awesome set of containers!!! We registered for these for our wedding a year ago and absolutely love them! They are not the flimsy plastic like the disposable ones...they are a really hard plastic that doesn't stain :) There are only 2 sizes of lids to fit all of the containers, which is great! Plus the lids snap into one another so they stack very nicely.

My husband and I love these rubbermaid containers. We have about 50 of them, and we use them all the time. I love that I can stick them in the microwave without any worries. My husband loves the durability of the containers. The different sizes makes it easy to use without wasting space. The price is rather reasonable also.

BPAs are only a concern if you put hot food in this or heat it in the microwave. These are study and durable and stand up to dishwashing. I have had them for a year and they are great.

I got these as a shower gift last month and I think they are okay. They do the job and I like that they don't get crusty when you microwave in them. However I wish that the lids sealed better. They also retain the smell of food unless soaked for a while. They look good and don't take up a lot of space. Good price for a nice set.

Over the years I've bought 5 sets of stain shield.....2 for my home, and 1 each for my motorhome, my poolhouse, and my Mom. We also added a few individual pieces to our collection. We've thrown away all other plastic storage bowls. Works great as a lettuce keeper. I wash my lettuce and store it for a week or more with absolutely no browning. Crisp as the day I washed it! Works with strawberries too if you wash, then air dry, and insert a paper towel to store them....they last for 7-10 days! I bought the first version of the Stain Shield which I really liked better for the lid design. Although I absolutely love my Stain Shield and couldn't live without it, I don't like the new lids of the Premier line and wish Rubbermaid would go back to the old lid design.

I am disabled and usually have a rough time opening and closing these things but this Rubbermaid set is very user friendly. They stack nicely in the frig. too.
