I bought this hamper seven years ago. We lived in apartments and had to take laundry back and forth to the laundry room - this hamper was a God-send! It is also very durable - I passed it on to my sister and her family almost three years ago and it is still in perfect condition. I'd recommend this to anyone and will be buying a new one for myself since we are moving to a two-story home and I'll once again be lugging laundry around.

This is a great product. With four children it is great to take this hamper from room to room and gather laundry without straining your back.

Perfect Laundry hamper for me. I have SLE, painful joints, asthma, constant fatigue with sore muscles and this is so easy to use. Rather large home, so this fine cart really helps as it is a sturdy, strong unit that wheels easily back and forth to the laundry room. For quality of product the price is right, will order one more.

I used it for gathering laundry for two years, then earlier this year suffered a stroke. I live in an apartment-I now use it to take out the trash, bring in the groceries and lots of other things. I can't imagine trying to carry multiple bags of things, my purse and walk with a cane.
This is the BEST product-thank you Rubbermaid.

I have just recently sent the following email to Rubbermaid. If you are tall, be careful when rolling this hamper!

I would like to make a suggestion for your wheeled hamper. I really love this wheeled hamper. It's really convenient but I strongly suggest making the handle have the capability of being extended longer if needed. I am 5'5 and the length of handle is too short causing me to have to slouch over to the right or left depending on which hand is pulling the handle. The other day was the second time I have hurt myself pulling the hamper down the hall. Since the handle is too short for me the bottom of the hamper rolls too close to the back of my feet as I walk and so the hamper caught the bottom of my shoe, bounced up and smacked the back of my ankle scraping the skin off and leaving a bruise. This was just the other day and so I still have pain on the back of my ankle. This would be such a better product if you could extend the handle according to your height. Please let me know if you ever come out with this new wheeled hamper with the extendable handle! It would be worth me paying the few extra bucks that it would cost for the extra material. Thank you!

I bought this hamper when starting college last year. Awesome for dorm with elevators. So much better to take this hamper up and down four stories than one that has to be carried. This hamper can also hold a lot, a weeks laundry, a set of sheets, and two pillows all in one trip, making laundry so much faster. My roommate even borrowed it several times through the year. I recommend this hamper for any college student, in my opinion it is a must.

I don't own this but I wish they would have had something like this when I was in college. Transporting laundry around campus or back and forth to home on the weekends, this would have been perfect!

nice hamper for household use. Priced at a reasonable price plus shipping of a less price makes this an expensive hamper for home use. Works well.
