I have been thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I have received from In Step for this stroller. I have used this stroller about 10 times since I got it. 3 of those times I came home with a flat tire. 1 of those times the front tire fell off. All three of my flat tires have been splits in the seam of the tubes which indicates defective tubes. (I was not riding on anything rougher than a sidewalk.) I contacted the customer service team at InStep to notify them of the defective tire tubes and was told they were out of their 30 day warranty and they would not replace them, defective or not. I recommend you shop with another manufacturer who will stand behind the quality of their product.

AWESOME STROLLER!!!! So I'm a first time mommy and of course I do a TON of research and want the best for my baby ~ what mom doesn't! So, I look at the spendy BOB & Bumbleride Strollers and then I find this one! I read the reviews and decide to give it a shot at way less cost than the BOB or Bumbleride! I ordered the Blue/Choc for my little girl and it's super cute! It would easily work for either boy or girl! I had this stroller put together in under 15 min.! NO KIDDING! What a breeze it was and I was really impressed with the fact that it comes with a bug screen, snack tray, infant car seat adapter & a parent tray to boot! There's a nice deep bin on the bottom and a nice pocket on the back for whatever you may need! It folds and unfolds with a quick pull release and is a piece of cake to get into a car! I have a Subaru Outback and it fits in the back with plenty of room for other things! Air tires and an optional swivel or locking front wheel is great! I take this to the mall, down our pot holed gravel road and onto a jogging pathway! It goes everywhere with no issues! My only complaint would be that the parent tray cup holders are a bit small but that's the only issue I have! This thing pushes like a dream! GO FOR IT! YOU WON"T BE SORRY..... Save the money you were going to spend on that BOB and do something fun with your kiddo(s) instead!

Decent Jogger for the money

I have had this jogger for two years now, and it has some good qualities that I really like... for example; the adjustable handle bar is great- I'm 5'2 and husband's 6' so it is a plus, the colors are great, seat reclines for naps, lots of storage under seat and back velcrow pocket, visor has peak through window, handles well over gravel/bumpy roads with wheel in locked position. Now the things I don't like; stroller folds awkward and won't stand on it's own- plus it takes up the whole trunk of my Ford Escape, it's front wheel shakes badly when walking outdoors in the swivel mode, it's too bulky to push around the mall, and it's visor doesn't shield from the sun very well. Overall, decent stroller for the money, but I'm looking to upgrade to a Phill and Teds or BOB.

Great Stroller- Especially if you are tall!

I love this stroller and all of its features like the kid tray and parents tray but one of the best is its adjustable height handle. If you are tall(I'm 5'9" and my husband is 6'1"), you know it's hard to find strollers that are comfortable. This one adjusts to many different heights and the tallest is perfect for my husband, the second tallest, perfect for me. On the lowest setting, my 2 year old can push it. I haven't had any trouble with the tires yet and a friend who recommended this stroller to me loves hers also. My son is very comfortable in the stroller and even wants me to push him around the house in it! It glides easily and the swivel wheel is a must. My only complaint is that the parent cup holders are too small for my water bottle but the back pocket is big and solves that problem.

I looked online at all kinds of Strollers and was not sure if I should spend the money on an really expensive one or not. Logged on to target.com and saw more Strollers at great prices. I am a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor. I teach a Stroller fitness class and I started running with my baby who is now 19 months old, and I love it. This Stroller fit all my needs. The main thing I was looking for was a tray for baby, all the big names did not have that. This stroller is sturdy and handles great. It folds down very easily and I was able to put it together in minutes. My little girl is always excited when it is time to go for a run.

I purchased this stroller as a shower gift for my daughter. We wanted an affordable jogging stroller for her 1st child. My daughter is more of a walker than a runner... but is very athletic and active. We have been very impressed by the whole package, including the Infant seat adapter, bug net and the ease of shipping. We look forward to it getting lots of use!

I LOVE THIS STROLLER! We searched for a stroller for a long time, I did tons of research and was impressed with the valco and bob, but we know we are going to have more children and it seemed silly to spend so much on a single stroller. We found this one at a local sports store and I am so glad. The swivel weel allows me to take it every where, and we do. I can open doors for myself, since I can pull the stroller in then just spin it around. we walk or jog with it everyday, and it is great. you cannot run with the swivel weel or it will shake, but that is why the wheel locks in to place. I love this stroller so much I think I will get a double when we have another child. the visor is not very big, and it takes up half of my SUV trunk...but it fits our life and I love it!

LOVE IT! We live on a farm with many rocks. The stroller "strolls" easily while walking on the farm. Can turn on a dime. So easy to put together. Buy It. You won't regret it!

I have had this stroller for about 5 months now, and am very glad I made the decision to purchase this one. The swivel wheel is perfect for going through shops or general walks, and the locking wheel makes it smooth when jogging. My husband loves that the handle can move up to make it easier for him to push sometimes. The only problem I encountered was the tray on the front would not lock into place completely, so my daughter was able to knock it off with her feet against it, but since we never used the tray anyways, I just left it off. I also love the removable wheels...makes it easier to fit in the back of my minivan.

I first bought the InStep runaround, based on reviews for it, however, I was very disappointed by the lack of any padding at all on the seat, seat back, and shoulder straps. I returned it, looked around some more and settled on this.
Pros:
Nice padding
Includes bug netting, child tray, nicely padded seat and straps (adjustable so infants can ride in the seat safely at a walking pace)
Adjustable height handle
Nice storage pouch on back of seat and storage bin below seat
Cons:
Infant car seat adapter strap is mounted two far forward on the frame to fit nice on our Graco car seat (it comes around the seat right over our babies chest, and our baby does not like this, I will need to modify the frame/strap to fix this).
No suspension or brakes
Overall, I'm very happy. However, Target's price is very high, I found it for [..] on [..] including shipping for a brand new Instep Safari identical to Target's [..].
