Some other reviewers complained that they're "too secure-fitting" because they don't like the hassle of wrestling with the mattress to get it on and off. Well, I'm GLAD they're "too secure-fitting" because that means my baby won't suffocate on loose crib bedding. I'd rather have a sheet that is hard to wriggle off when baby is moving around or playing in the crib. A secure fit is the BEST fit!

Ok first of all babies under the age of 1 can get those standard sheets off. It doesn't happen very often but the fact that it has happened means every parent needs to take every percaution. If you doubt this search online and you can read stories for yourself about babies who have died due to standard fitting crib sheets being pulled up by babies. The best sheets are the ones that fit like a glove over the entire mattress like the JR safety crib sheet. But this one will do just fine if you don't go out & buy that one. Worth it.

Seriously, has your baby ever even come close to getting a regular fitted crib sheet off? I can barely get them off! The people who make this sheet are taking advantage of the fact they have made you paranoid. Save your money.

For the price this product is fine and it fits perfectly. But the sheet is slightly scratchy and the pink color looks slightly faded. This sheet will be a good backup while the original one that came with my bed set is being washed but I would not use this as my main bed sheet.

These are great backup sheets, I bought some backup sheets for my son when he was a baby, and they were all loose, and wrinkly, these are awesome, they have thick elastic on the corners, are easy to put on, and very fitted. Good buy. They seem expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case!

I started out with the J. Lamb brand but couldn't find them anymore. These are made the exact same way but the pockets are a little deeper. Reviewer "AK Tiff "tiffanie50"" is obviously unaware of the infant deaths related to infants wrapping themselves in sheets as reported by Good Housekeeping Magazine. For the price you can't beat them since you get two per pack.
