I am a pretty savvy internet shopper and so i was not hesitant about placing an online order for a mattress set. What i was concerned about, was not being able to try the mattress out before buying it. This is an online only item at Target and since mattress brands are specific to the store, i just had to go with the Serta reputation. Turned out to be a great deal. I purchased a queen set plush and it had a 15% discount and free delivery (within 2 weeks). This was the best deal i could get as i had researched heavily and visited many mattress stores.

I got this set for my guest room since the joke here in Montana is that we have nine months of winter and three months of company! I'm getting ready for the latter! I have all Serta perfect sleeper mattresses on my beds but was amazed at the price of this queen set and free shipping on top of it. I don't have a vehicle that can handle this size mattress and boxspring so that was a big plus. It was delivered by two very nice young men from Salt Lake City in a full sized Bekins semi truck that had a little trouble navigating the steep hill I live on. Once assembled I found the mattress to be comfortable and it should work perfectly for the guest room. I'm a happy Target customer!

Like others who have left reviews of this mattress, I was a bit wary of ordering a mattress online. However, after a lot of research and finding over and over that the typical "two minute test" of mattresses at local stores was a complete joke, I decided to bite the bullet and order this mattress. I've slept on the mattress for 3 nights now, and I'm absolutely in love with it! This is an incredible mattress! I was so pleased with everything about it - the construction, the comfort, the stability of it! And for the price, you just can't beat it!
I should have ordered this mattress long before now! Not only is the mattress itself great, but you can't go wrong with the free shipping and the fact that the local delivery guys will dispose of your old mattress and box springs - something that wasn't offered with hardly any other online mattress purchase.
You can't go wrong with this mattress!!

I knew that I needed a mattress, but I hate salespeople! They line up. They pounce. They attack! Because of this, I avoided the typical mattress stores. I had already done a lot of research online, but I thought I must endure the “mattress test”: lie down, relax, and pretend you are sleeping (how can you when there are salespeople hovering like vultures?) Like others who have left reviews for this mattress, I was a bit wary of ordering a mattress online. I read all the reviews, and decided to take a chance. I've had this mattress for a week now, and I am so thankful that I took the chance. I am absolutely in love with this mattress! It’s plush, but not too soft that you sink in. I am pleased with everything about it - the construction, the comfort, and the stability. Not only is the mattress great, but you can't go wrong with the free shipping, 15% off, and the local delivery guys will dispose of your old mattress and box spring.

I measured my queen set and it does measure 18.5 inches. The mattress can’t be flipped, but you can rotate it. Personally, I think that’s a small negative compared the many positives.

For me, this mattress is perfect!

A friend of mine who has slept on this bed regularly describes it as being "stuffed with magic." Really, it's a nice mattress, though I bought it a year and a half ago for 499.00 off this site.

Just purchased two of the mattress sets and am pleased with the quality -- there is a plush weave on top that makes it both firm and soft, ideal for our 3 and 5 year old children for whom we bought these. 15% discount and free shipping, with free removal of old mattresses and placement on frames with wrapping take away was all good. [...] Anyhow, we did receive the mattresses 4 weeks after posting the order and with these glitches, but they were in fine condition and we accepted them and are pleased with their quality. From reading the reviews of this I was expecting a very nice mattress, one that really was worth the almost a bigger priceI paid. This is a nice mattress however I find you have to give it a week or two to kind of 'break in'. The first week my husband and I had it, it was not that comfortable, and I was worried I overpaid for a crappy mattress again. The next week it became noticeably more comfortable and my husbands back pain decreased. By the third week we were both sleeping better and our joint/back pain is almost nonexistent when we wake up. So I'm hoping that it'll just get better as the weeks go by, but like I said its not exactly what I was expecting from the other wonderful reviews.

I ordered this mattress online, great price and free shipping. It's exactly what I wanted! Very soft yet firm support, I am definaly pleased. Mattress cannot be flipped because of the pillowtop but can be rotated with ease, very sturdy attached handles.
