This is a very charming ring; like the other reviewer, I think of it as my "lovebirds" ring. Here's my thoughts: though the silver content for the detailing of the birds is high, the shank is thin. That's good news for those who want to resize it, bad news for those who expect higher quality. One point to realize, however, is that since the ring is so thin, someone who normally wears an 8 can wear this ring (like me). Sizing it down should be no problem at all. It is heavy but doesn't rotate on my finger like some rings. It's very comfortable to wear, though I have hit it a couple of times (it is high). The birds are rather Victorian or 1920s in styling, though beyond that the ring is classic Tiffany-eque. I think this ring will look really good on a smaller or petite hand; if you're a size 10 or so, I wouldn't recommend it. I'm an 8 and it's not quite as noticeable on my hand. I knew it was CZ when I bought it; the stone is not that large (I would estimate it under a half a carat CZ), but very brilliant in a fake way. Good if that's what you're looking for. I would prefer a more natural looking stone, even if it had to be CZ. I will probably replace the stone just for personal preference, maybe with a peridot. Does it look like an engagement/wedding/promise ring? Absolutely, in fact, I wear it in place of my engagement ring. You single ladies out there might want to hold off buying one, just so no guys will get the wrong message! One note: it will stack well with other rings, a detail you can't tell from the pics. I know I'm a little harsh on this review; I do love the ring so much, but there are a few things I would change. Is it worth the price? I think so, but I plan on wearing it a lot once I change out the stone.

I went into Target for something real quick and skimmed through the jewelry counter. OMG it was the last thing around the corner that caught my eye. I didn't give it a second thought. I had to have it. There was only one and I figured if I don't get it now I'll regret it later. Now I find out that there is a pair of matching earrings and I must have them.

Yes, it only comes in a size seven, but the shank is generously constructed and the entire ring is silver so can be sized. I had this one sized up to a nine and the buckle ring cut down to a five and a half. If you bought a vintage ring chances are you would have to size it and you wouldn't find one with this much detail and silver content for this price. Even when off the shelf rings are offered in sizes, they often need to be tweaked because not everyone is a perfectly even ring size. Treat it like a good piece of clothing and have it tailored to fit. You won't be sorry.

I love this ring. It is very detailed and so unique. I took away one star only because it is beautiful from the side but from the top it is rather wide and not as interesting looking.

Like everyone else who reviewed this ring I was so surprised and happy to see it [I was browsing after food shopping]. My Target store only had one - and I HAD to have it. It fits a middle finger and I love the width. I'm very excited to have it - I've been looking for a "fake" solitaire and this far exceeds my expectations because it is not only the solitaire but has the wonderful birds, a favorite "totem" of mine. It looks like an expensive custom piece...better in person than the photo. It is made in Thailand and I have noticed that much care goes into even "cheap" jewelry made in that country. This ring is no exception.

i saw this in person but didn't buy it, but after thinking about it for a few days, i ended up buying it online. my only complaint is that i wish it were a size bigger so i could wear it on my middle finger because of the width of the design, but oh well. its so unique that it is a really good find for $...

This ring is super cute. Its a definite statement. Can seem rather wide on the finger, but I love the charm it has. Good quality, good details, absolutely worth 20 bucks.
