As one of the other reviewers mentioned, I too was looking for a convertable diaper bag and after doing my research, I thought this looked like the best option. Beautiful fabric and pretty well made. Unfortunetly, it's on the small side. It was packed full with just the necessities, and was too bulky. I will be returning mine as well.

I wanted something that was trendy and functional and I got it! I received advice to get a backpack style but I thought I wanted a long strap which is what I mostly use, but it is nice to have the option. I have received many compliments on this bag, I love the bottle bag for easy access and the paci pouch is a must. It has one main pouch so you aren't wondering which side has something. There are a few small inside pouches to put a phone and other key items. This is my purse and all. When I am done, I can transfer it as a work or workout bag. WELL worth the money.

too structured, but love the convertible straps

I've been looking high and low for a diaper bag with straps that convert from a messenger-style to a backpack, and I thought this was going to be it. The straps were great, but I didn't like that the bag was so structured - felt almost like a suitcase. It looked a little weird, but on a more practical note, will not expand very easily if you try to pack more stuff into the bag. Comes with a nice bottle holder, cell phone pouch and small zippered mom pouch in the same pretty fabric, and a changing pad. But the changing pad had fabric on one side that will make it difficult to clean. Sadly, I'll be returning this.
