I purchased this on Friday and my husband put it together with no problem. He said it was very easy to assemble. My living room looks so classy with this. The color for me is perfect, it goes beautifully with my wood flooring. The fire looks like is real and when you use it on fan mode the living room felt warmer to the point that we had to turn it off. My living room 10 x 14. My sister came to visit and now she wants to purchase one for her family room. My husband and I are very satisfied and will highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE!! This item is NOT what it looks like. It is NOT a dark espresso finish as the picture claims it to be. Even the box and instructions show a beautiful dark espresso finish, but it's a reddish-cherry color. It is nowhere even close to being an espresso finish. They should call it "cherry" because that's what it is. Equally as disappointing, the size. The box shows a beautiful fireplace well above the height of a couch. NO! Not only is it level with my couch, my toddler is as tall as this. Miniature size I would call this. Extremely disappointed and sending it back!

The mantle and related parts were the easiest to assemble I've ever experienced. As a piece of furniture it exceeded all my expectations and is a very classic look. The fire box is really authentic looking and the remote control feature an added plus. Highly recommended.
