When I bought this holster, I really liked but:
1. The cell phone is held between two pieces of felt like material by a wide elastic fabric. The elastic appears to be getting looser and I'm afraid that sometime the cell phone will fall out of the holster.

2. The clip that holds it onto my belt is getting weaker. It has fallen on the floor once, when I was taking off my jacket. And one time I just got up from my chair and it was lying there in the chair behind me.

I bought the holster only about 2 months ago. I'm not very hard on it -- I have a desk job and don't ware it during sporting activities.
