After reading all the other reviewers (15 reviews) I thought I should also share mine. I do like this lip gloss and although it works for others, it may not work for some, and this is naturally happening to Any cosmetics you try/ buy. For people who haven't tried this product, it is unfortunate that you can't sample before deciding to purchase, but for me, this is definitely a good buy - good price, nice product and the bottom line is it works for me. I didn't find the lip gloss to be "too sticky" - I simply don't apply much, just one application and apply it evenly. The "tingly" feeling only lasts within 20 minutes or so, and this doesn't bother me. One thing, don't expect your lips to go super-size. I can tell you that no matter how much you spend for any cosmetic item, it doesn't take minutes to transform your looks, so try to be realistic when you go out and try something new. Of course, every cosmetic company is going to exaggerate its products, so this shouldn't be anything new to you. Try it, if don't like it, don't use it anymore. Don't go around and bashing the company/ manufacture because you want to look like a Superstar All the time. The key is to know how to deal with your natural God's given beauty and learn how to work with it, expecting any product to magically turn you into a princess is old.

Yes, I am a sucker for any product that claims it will plump up my lips. However, this one fell short on all aspects. Nowhere on the package does it indicate this nude color is actually chocolate tasting & smelling. If you are like me, you don't like cake & candy smells on your face. YUK! Next...I put on the gloopy stuff. It made my lips feel like they were plastic & unmoisturized, sticking together anytime I rubbed them together. Another YUK! There was a bit of sensation, but not enough to plump anything. I wrote the company & told them about their product faux pas and they apologized. I rated it 1 star because there wasn't a 0.

This is a really great plumping gloss. I love the sensation. Unlike other glosses, it is more of a tingling *like when your foot is asleep* and less of a burning or stinging feeling. The consistancy is nice when used in moderation. the color is also lovely. it really enhances the color of your lips and makes them nice and shiny. It has a chocolate smell which all my friends love *i hate chocolate so im very biased on the scent*. so if you like all of the above this product is definately for you. if you dont want any sesnation on your lips, maybe pass this up though.

This lip plumper is amazing! I've tried both the pink and nude colors. The nude is exactly what is sounds like- a natural, "your lips but better" color. There is some tingling as with most lip plumpers but it fades within time and isn't as painful as some others I've tried. The effect is natural but noticeable. These glosses are great alone or layered over a product (with may diminish the plumping effect, just a warning). They aren't too sticky, just tacky enough to stay on. For the cost, it's pricier than most Target makeup but I've had a tube for quite a while. Definitely worth the money. I don't find the name offensive at all! The line is retro and cheeky. Just fun. My friends always ask to borrow this gloss when we're going out for fun. Try it!

I tried this product, and it burned my lips horribly. Upon reading the packaging further, I was maddened at the results and in particular was extremely offended by the name of the product. I would not recommend it to anyone!

I did not like this product at all. It made my lips burn (like pins and needles) and I actually ended up returning it to my local Target store. While it may work for some people, I couldn't get past the burning sensation. Such a shame, because all the other products in the Soap & Glory line are great!

I hardly ever ever get a cold sore and when I do it is a small one in the same location every time. I bought this lip gloss 48 hours ago and about 12 hours later I started getting a cold sore in my usual spot. I used the lipgloss one more time the next morning, and within 6 hours, started developing little blisters all over my lips that are now all starting to look like cold sores. This is absolutely terrible. I have never had anything like this happen. I don't know if for sure it is the lip gloss, but if the goal was to have bigger lips, it wasn't because they were so swollen up with cold sores that they were huge. Has anyone else had this happen? Hope not.

I purchased this lip plumper while searching for something else at my local Target. One of the "impulse buys".

It does work for me but not to the extent of what packaging says. Am i disappointed with that...No. It does sting and tingle but more like the feeling of licking the little drips of hot sauce you get on your lips when eating mexican food. The tingle reminds of of those that come with the beginning of a cold sore and that makes me a little nervous...

Overall, is it worth the price-Yes. Does it do the job-Yes, but only on a small scale.

Down side is it is extremely sticky
Up Side is it smells heavenly!!!
