I have used the Sobakawa Pillow for over 12 years. It is by far the most comfortable pillow on the market. Be warned: you will have to get used to the noise of the buckwheat shifting, and brand new it has a slightly odd smell... but once you get past those minor issues, you will be sleeping better than ever before. A MUST BUY!

I love this pillow and will never switch back, nor will my husband. For a couple days I used a memory foam pillow and woke up with a neck ache each morning. I went right back to my sobakawa. No more sore neck! You won't regret getting this pillow. I never leave home without it. It's a great value for being the best!

I've used the queen size Soba exclusively for about 15 years now. I cannot rave about it enough! It's comfortable, stays cool (no head sweats at nite!) & offers incredible support for your neck & shoulders no matter which way you sleep (tummy sleeper here.) Unfortunately my doggie had a little 'accident' on it, so I finally need to replace (along with a waterproof pillow cover!!) I have been sleeping on a regular old feather/poly pillow in the meantime, & have suffered neckaches, & wake up in the middle of the nite, EVERY nite, because my hand/arm falls asleep. This NEVER happened before. I also find myself bunching up the pillow to try & get some support. None to be had! Cannot wait until my new soba arrives! I will admit this pillow takes a little getting used to, but give it about a week & you will NEVER go back to other types of pillows again!

I too have been sleeping on these pillows for over 10 years. It goes everywhere with me. I have them everywhere, even in the motorhome. I have two that I use on my bed and I have two Scotties. When I make down the bed & put these pillows out, I have to fight them for them. I have decided to buy them there own for there dog beds. I also got my Dad hooked on them. He had trouble breathing when he slept because his neck was not straight. Now he sleeps very soundly. I highly recomend this pillow.

I have used a Sobakawa pillow for about 20 years, and the old one was small.. I wanted the "new and improved" bigger size. I am beyond thrilled. Who knew anyone could be so excited about a pillow ! I am. Actually, Im now looking foward to going to bed and actually resting. Try it, once you get used to the silly noise, you will sleep like a rock.

I've used these pillows for at least the last 15 years and I love them! I wont and can't use anything else. It comes on vacation with me, I switched my husband to one and now my 3 year old is sleeping on one. I suffer from migraines and this is the only pillow that doesn't get warm (it always feels cool). As a therapist I can add that it provides wonderful support to your neck, so you never get up with a stiff neck :) As other reviewers mentioned, you have to get used to the noise the buckwheat makes. It's true - it's odd after using a regular pillow, but you get used to the noise. It's so worth it!!!

My friend recommended this pillow to me and my husband. She swore by the quality and support. I figured I'd give it a try as the regular pillows we use just don't do it for neck support and get flat quickly. Within the first week of using the pillows I was sleeping through the night w/ out tossing or turning. We love the pillow! So much we are buying our second set to bring with us to stay over at our relatives houses. The pillows take a little getting used to for the noise but they are great!! Hope you take a chance on a 'different' type of pillow and enjoy the comfort of waking up without a stiff neck!

I have used a Sobakawa for over 10 years and it will always be the pillow for me! It is the most comfortable pillow in the world! Ever since using one I no longer wake up with any neckpain & it keeps my head cool & comfy which is very important b/c we live in the hot high desert! When I travel it is never forgotten..it is that important! I love my Sobakawa. Once I found this pillow I stopped shopping around for others. It will always be the pillow for me. You will love the Sobakawa, too!

I'd been having bad headaches and neck pain upon awakening and had tried just about everything when I came upon a review for the Sobakawa pillows/buckwheat hull pillows. I thought, what have I got to lose? Well, this pillow is a miracle. My neck pain is gone and no headaches when I wake up anymore. I had tried just about every other kind of pillow for side sleepers. I love it! My husband and son love it so much I'm ordering one for each of them, too.
