This phone is obviously quite gorgeous, and unlike the other review might suggest, works quite well. The only disadvantage is that it requires a teeny tiny bit of assembly, but it is really easy to figure out and takes all of two minutes. Also, I like that the ringer can be loud, turned off, or really, really quiet, which is ideal because it is in a bedroom! It is a wonderful product!

I was excited about the phone, it arrived within only three days. As soon as I hooked the phone up I noticed that it had static, but not a lot, so I was going to wait it out to see if it'll get better. After using the phone three times, the part of the phone that holds the receiver literally broke apart for no known reason. The phone was broken only after hours after it arrived. I hope that maybe I just received a defective phone, but I'm looking to be refunded the loss instead of a replacement, so good luck for anyone who will be purchasing this item.
