I got two sets of these. they are really rough surface which makes noise with the silver ware grating on them. Painting looks like finger paint all irregular with brush marks. Would look more

I just got 2 sets of these and I love them. Very unique patterns on each one! They are rough but it gives them a hand made rustic feel! Lovwe them!!!

I love these dishes. Each one looks slightly different, and they come in everything from Pitchers to Quiche dishes. They are a little rough to the touch, but I feel it adds to the charm.

I have had this set for about two years and I LOVE them.
As the other person stated,they do make a noise when the silverware scrapes them but you get used to it. They are also very hot when they come out of the microwave so be careful. The pattern is not exactly the same on each one but that is part of what I like about them. I have received many compliments on them and they have held up well. I have the plates, bowls, canisters, serving platter and the ice cream bowls.
