I bought this mop to use on my ceramic tile, and it did nothing except leave puddles of warm water all over the floor. It only heats the water for about five minutes, then you have to stop and wait for the water to heat back up again, this is definatley getting returned!!

I purchased this 11 months ago. I find it heats up fast (although I fill it up with hot water) and last a long time. Once heated the first time you press the nozzle it does spray a fair amount of water so I always sprayed in the sink and then after that it was fine.

I didn't find it helpful in cleaning grout, It looked better and got most of the stains but since my grout wasn't sealed its tough to say.

For bathrooms its a gem, cleans a toilet in seconds. I've used it to clean baseboard heater covers, slate, my oven hood, and interior doors and it worked very well.

I recently used it to help take down an entire room of wallpaper and it was fantastic! until it died on me im not sure i can complain as I used it 2 straight days and atleast 6-8 tanks of water. I will purchase another one. I hope it last longer

I purchased this steamer a few months ago and it has performed very well on all tasks. I cleaned the grout on our tile kitchen floor, steamed the fabric on the couches, and did a great job on the granite backsplash behind the cook top. it will spray a bit of water before the steam starts, but a small towel takes care of that.

I searched far and wide for a reasonably priced carpet steamer. I purchased this product and it was a great disappointment. It works for the first few times but stops working even if you use only distilled water. I’ll be returning it to the store.
