I purchased this for my son when he was about 8 months old. He has loved it from the first time he rode it. It is very sturdy, easy to put together, and it really is quiet. He loves the working horn on it. We push him around our neighborhood quite often in it.

I have given 2 of these whisper rides as gifts and both
moms are thrilled with the durability, ease of steering and it's true, it really is quiet. It is a wonderful, long-lasting gift and can be passed down to the next child. No - it is not educational.
Highly recommend it.
