Really pretty necklace, but the chain is super thin. When this came in the mail, the chain was all tangled up into a knot that was very difficult to undo! I decided to get a new chain for it.

I ordered 7 of these necklaces for my entire wedding party and was very happy with them- I checked all the clasps and they worked! I did have one that was very tangled, but with a moment of patience, I worked it out! I was very happy! They were packaged nicely and had quick delivery!

Bought this for a gift, sure am glad I looked at it before giving it. The snowflake I received was nothing like the picture. Looks like someone had a bad day producing it, and then it slipped by their quality control, if they have one. The pictures shows 6 points one at 12,2,4,6,8,10 o'clock. THE ONE I RECIVED ARE AT:12,2,3,6,7,9 o'clock...LOOKS BAD,ETC. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PURCHASE. I am returning it. ONLY REASON IT SHOWS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULD NOT GIVE A ZERO WITH THEIR SYSTEM.
