This aircon is really poor quality. it hardly cools and looks really boring. I ran it all day in my room and there was no real difference most of the day. It is also extremely heavy and NOT PORTABLE!!

It's Not the Best, Not the Worst

According to the manufacturer, this unit is rated for a room of about 250 sq. feet., but it does help reduce the temperature of my ~600 sq. feet apartment.
Note the 'help', this isn't a multi-room unit by any means. I'll have to purchase an additional AC unit (window mounted), but this thing does in fact cool.
I did a test run and it turned a closed 90 degree, 10' by 12' room down to the mid-70s in a few hours during the evening.

This portable air conditioner creates less moisture than the other air conditioners I had in the past, which reduces the need to manually empty water from the water tank. When the water is full, it will shut-off automatically. It is quiet than average window ac unit on high. The window kits fit perfectly on my window. It is heavy, but the casters made it rolls easily. I did it as the instruction manual said to set it on “Cool” instead of “Auto”. My bedroom is 400 sq.ft. and it cools the room down within 20 minutes when set at 72 degree on cool. I guess I have made a good choice this time.

This is a great A/C. It cools my 300 sq.ft. room well. I’d say this unit easily knocks 15 or more degrees off during hot summer days. Installation was easy and the design seems sturdy. So far I have no issues with water filling up. Remote control was handy during bedtime.

This unit was recommended in one of the article I read on the local newspaper. It's definitely a great machine to help save energy during hot summer days. It actually cools down my 400sq.ft. bedroom in less than 30 minutes.
