Description
Stay COOL or WARM and breathe fresher air with our 12,000btu units. Ideally cools or heats an area up to 400sq.ft. Effectively improves air circulation in poorly ventilated spaces and maximizes energy efficiency. Uses new UL required LCDI plug. Self Evaporating Technology during the cooling or heating process, water is extracted from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils and make it run more efficiently, cooling as well as energy. Continuous drainage highly recommended when using Heating mode. Exhaust hose installation required and all standard accessories included.

I just got through installing and running a thorough test run on my first WA-1230H. I have 2 of them, the second one is still in the box and I will be getting it ready soon. I must say that I'm nearly speechless. I'm very impressed. This baby can really move some air around quickly. I had to check and make sure there wasn't any icicles forming on my nose... brrr... LOL. I'm going to take good care of them and make sure they perform well year round.

This portable air conditioner is very powerful. We bought this unit because we have hot spots in our rooms, which our central air system can’t seem to beat the heat. We feel this is economical way to solve the problems and which it did. This is a self-evaporated which reduces the need to manually empty water from the air conditioner. We used this unit almost all year round because it has cooling, heating and filter to clean the air.

Either the rating on this is wrong or i'm not using this right. No way this produces 12000 btu of cooling. It can hardly cool my very small 150 square foot room. All it does is blow lots of air at a maximum power but hardly any cooling happens. The installation setup is also confusing me no end. Can't say I would recommend this.

Really liked this air conditioner because it has worked very well for 2 years and it’s continue to keep my room nice and cool. This portable air conditioner is a fully featured with casters that I can move around easily. I’ve also used the heating feature as a space heater during winter. It has been very reliable and it’s energy efficient.
