This was one of my favorite baby shower gifts, and now it's one of my favorites to give. When my baby was born, it was so easy to swaddle him in this because it is bigger than most other receiving blankets. My son is 3 months old now, and this is too small to really use it for a "proper" swaddle now. We put it in his lap when he's in his car seat or use it to provide some shade if we're out walking around. The material gets softer and softer!

This is the best swaddle blanket ever!! All the other blankets we used were way too small. Our daughter is 7 months old and still uses her blanket. I would recommend this to anyone!!

This is a perfect swaddling blanket, however it is not worth the price tag IMO. I registered for this without seeing it based solely on the good reviews. It is cute and will probably hold up well, however a piece of flannel purchased from a fabric store would have been just as perfect and would cost less than $10. Don't get me wrong, it's a cute blanket if money is not a concern for you. However, if you're like a lot of new moms and want to stretch your dollar, just go to the fabric store.

We received two of these as a gift from a wise mother and quickly abandoned the dozens of tiny and unfunctional multi-pak blankets we receive. My son slept so well when swaddled and this is the only blanket we found that did the job well. Others were too small. Now that he's 18 months old, these are still a perfect size for him to sleep under and they fold nice and compact for travel in the diaper bag. They seem expensive, but they are worth every penny. If I knew then what I know now, I would have registered for 2-3 of these instead of those other cheaper blankets.

we are overly pleased with this blanket!
we received this blanket as a gift for our son in 2007. right away it was the only blanket we used; mainly because he had out-grown the other ones within a month. this blanket is big and soft. we wrapped him up every night -- he would not go to sleep unless he was! we never intended on using this blanket for so long but he just took to it. he also loves the over-sized tag it has; he is 2 years old now and has to have his blanket with him every night--with the tag part of it in his hand! the blanket is STILL in great shape!! i wish we would have had a blanket like this when we had our twin girls in 2003. we will be having another girl this September and we will definitely be getting an other one. this is now the only blanket i want for my babies and the only blanket i will gift to others!

This is so soft, I love that it comes with instructions sewn into the corner. It is much nicer than the cheap swaddling blankets and the size will allow you to swaddle your baby longer. Great colors too!

I got this blanket as a gift from two people. Needless to say I went out and bought a 3rd one because I loved them so much. It made wrapping my baby easy and effortless. They are supper soft and warm. I love these blankets they really are a must have. Also it does not matter where you buy them they are the same price everywhere. Even Nordstroms.

I bought a couple of these before my son was born, and found them to be the best swaddler blanket I owned (and I had a few). My son is now almost two and still sleeps with this "blankie" in his crib. It is a perfect weight, not to heavy, not too light. Very versatile and highly recommended.

Beautiful blanket. Great size for swaddling. Washes up perfectly without shrinking or getting out of shape. Worth the money!
