I got these burp cloths as a gift from my grandmother. I was really excited when I got the package delivered. When I opened the package and discovered that they were not as pictured online and the color was more of a hot pink than a red. Not very happy. I tried to return them to the store without having to tell my grandmother her gift was not as expected, but they HAVE to have a receipt for paper trail. This was also a pain and disappointment!!!!!

I am so disappointed!! I ordered these thinking i would get what is pictured, instead i get 3 WHITE cloths with the gingham trim that is pictured on the solid red one here. hardly any red on the cloth at all! i ordered them ONLY because i thought i was getting red. i will NOT be keeping these. stay away. i hate when things are portrayed falsely.

I purchased these Tadpoles burping cloths is pink, fuschia, yellow, and red. I love all the colors except the red. I followed the care instructions exactly and the red in these cloths still bled. They look aweful! I recommend any color except the red ones.

I'm not thrilled with the quality of these. They are soft and reasonably absorbant. But in the three months that I've been using them, the fabric's already beginning to wear through in spots.

The red cloth wasn't even sent to me. Other than that, they're fine; soft enough, but a bit pricey.

Red Rick Rack Bleeds in Washer! September 21, 2005 Reviewer:  Meghan See all my reviews >

When I first got these burp cloths they seemed great -- they're really soft and really cute. However, when washed (in cold water even) the red rick rack on the one bled. It left pink spots on the burp cloth itself and some other items in the washer. Also, all three burp cloths were white with red trim, unlike those pictured (two white and one red). But, in light of the bleeding, that is probably a good thing. The red trim on the other two burp cloths did not run a bit in the wash though. Along with these, I ordered the Tadpoles Basics hooded towel and mitt from the same collection but in green. They washed great -- so I think if you stick to the lighter colors and items without the rick rack, you'll be fine.
