I've had this backpack for a month and am already returning it. It's too small to hold all my books and laptop at the same time and this week the extra stress caused one of the zippers to break. I liked the inside and outside pockets because it gave me good organizatioin; I also liked the removable laptop case because it allowed me to take my laptop everywhere without having to worry about bringing my backpack, but I wouldn't trust it enough to throw my bag around. If you need to carry more than 2 text books and laptop at one time then I would not suggest this backpack.

Warning: the picture here may not be the same as the one in the store. I used the "find it in a target store" feature and it said that many stores in my area had this item in stock. I went to the store and found that the product in the store was not the same model. I asked the store (3 different ones) and checked the item numbers and the matched the website, but the picture is different. This problem might not be occurring everywhere, but it did happen in my area. Be careful if purchasing this item in store.

I did end up acquiring the product eventually, and it is a good backpack. It is a good size and fits my laptop well. good product. I'm only disappointed with the website, not the bag.

It took me about a full week to actually get this product so npot as quickly as I had hoped, the very last day given to arrive it did.
I only gave this product a 2 because I have have to buy another bag! I've only used the bag 3 days & it seems to be in great condition from the use it been though, even though its not much. It's a good qualitly bag but the size is WAY to small for me!! The extra case that come to put your notebook comp. in is not quite as padded as I thought it would be since this is a backpack that will probaly be tossed in a car/trunk or put on the floor where it may get a foot to it as someone moves their feet. But still it's okay.
But my main reason for giving this a 2 is that I have VERY little room once my labtop is in the bag!! VERY little!!! I thought it would be more roomy. It's great if you have 1 class, with 1 notebook (paper), with your comp, & 1 colleged sized book. NO MORE!! I live in MN and I have NO WHERE to put my hat/gloves or my KEY CHAIN in this bag. So like I said, I HAVE to get another bag.

But if you done need more room than that---this is a great bag!!!
