Hello again, lately it has been very snowy here in WI, and I have to say having the TORO Shovel Plus is a life saver. Before it would take me a very long amount of time to get the sidewalks done, but now I barely have to think. Although the shovel is quite small, it handled a good six inches like a snow blower. Thats right, impressed? I know I am. If you are not satisfied when you buy this, I would recomend you get a loony test:~)

I don't understand the previous poster problems. I have only used it twice (I just got it) but they were both good amounts of snow (3-4in each). My shovel will throw the snow about 15 to 20 feet. It even cut through the plow furrow at the edge of the alley.
It does have limitations. The street furrow was a bit much for it. The bigger chunks of icy snow would stop the blades but it still saved a lot of work.
I am very pleased with this product.

I had hurt my elbow shoveling snow before Christmas so I decided to purchase this electric shovel. It works great! My first test was on 8 inches of snow. It plowed right through to the pavement and threw the snow well into the yard. It was much easier than hand shoveling because you only push. The snow plow constantly blocks my driveway and I had over a foot of snow and ice and it cleaned it up with 1/2 the effort of shoveling. This is a great purchase. It is not a snowblower, but worth the price. You have to get used to where it throws the snow though.

Tried it for the 1st and last time after a 3" snow fall last weekend. More snow comes out the bottom then it throws. The results are absolutely awful. Mine will be for sale [...] and I'll be happy if I get half what I payed for it. Don't listen to the glowing reviews... this thing is junk!
