good phone, bad service

At first I bought the LG 600G and got lousy reception at home. I liked the phone itself but then stoped receiving texts and customer service was horrible (through net 10, part of TracFone). The [..] gets better service and is more rugged, besides the [..] has walkie talkie and GPS. My only problem is that I cannot send games and ringtones from my computer to the phone through the bluetooth like I could with the LG 600G (it was nice to get stuff to the phone for free). Overall, the [..] is a more functional phone, which is what I needed in the first place.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift and the reception is great. He loves sending text messages and taking pictures. Overall a great phone for the price.

The phone is great. It has all the basic functions that i need to be satisfied.
Pros: Good picture quality, outside display, thin and light, large well lit screen, fast text messaging, tools, and you can actually close the phone right when you send a message without waiting until you can shut the phone without canceling the message.
Cons: Bluetooth is alright, but what good is it without the phone being able to play mp3 ringtones and files, not as easy to open as previous phones, too many buttons around the directional arrows, and the phone just doesnt have good speakerphone.
If you can deal with the bad aspects of it, then it is a good phone, but the mp3 things really burnt me up!!!!

I purchased my Tracfone LG600G last nite, activated it on-line, and called customer service to transfer my minutes from my old phone this morning---smooth sailing all the way. I have always been pleased with my phones and the service I receive from Tracfone.
