Awesome figure June 30, 2009 Reviewer:  Shawnbull "SB" (Ohio)  See all my reviews >

i really like this figure. the 4 other smaller planes used to form the arm or legs can form either a arm or a leg.
so you don't have to just rely on the box art.
overall a great figure.
good for casual collecters and long time fans (like myself)
alike.

Nice, but can be even better July 15, 2009 Reviewer:  rpetras (PA)  See all my reviews >

A nice addition to any collection.

It can be improved upon by reconfiguring the limbs to be more uniform (google "superion fan modes" or "Superion Limb add ons" for ideas), and if you have the original (released with the Energon series) you can swap out some of the limbs for a better color scheme.

Good figure, but could use work July 16, 2009 Reviewer:  P. Daniels "Insert snappy catch phrase here" Real Name (NY, USA)  See all my reviews >

Overall, I like this figure, but he could use some improvements.
One of the largest glaring problems with this figure are the lack of proper hands. The "hands" for my figure (which are really just four gun barrels, grouped by two, spaced a good distance from one another) don't seem to want to stay on, not that they're halfway decent to begin with.
Another feature that could stand some improving is that with the bulk of the legs figures, the combined robot has to stand with his legs spread out, instead of being able to stand straight up and down.
It is also a little disheartening that this figure has only three molds for the figures (of the limbs, you get two sets of "twins" colored differently).
Otherwise he's a great buy. If you can put up with the hands, having a couple clones in the figure, and the legs spread out (which really doesn't look that bad), than I highly recommend this figure. He still does look awesome, moves well, and has some awesome figures as components.

Do not buy August 27, 2009 Reviewer:  Optimus Ian See all my reviews >

I love Transformers. This one, I do not.
When combined it cannot stand without it's legs split apart due to the attachments that make feet being so wide. The feet attachments fall off easily, which makes simple play frustrating.
It has no hands, just detachable "guns."

The toys Transforms simply enough, which would make it a great toy for younger Transformers fans, but all too fragile to be enjoyed by them.

pretty cool September 30, 2009 Reviewer:  Lord Malek "Lord Malek" (Cybertron)  See all my reviews >

Good to see a new superion. Hasbro kinda cheesed out because you really only get three robots/jets two of the robots/jets are doubles not like the old superion. but over all a pretty cool combiner.
