I'm only rating this luggage set 4 out of 5 because I just bought them and have not actually taken them out of town yet. We are leaving this week and are all packed and ready to go! I love the colors of this set because it's different. Everyone has red, blue, black, green, so if you're looking for something different and like feminine colors (but don't want to go too bold and get ALL pink or ALL lavender) then this is the set for you! The biggest piece (30") is huge and I'm using this one for my stuff and my daughter's stuff. My husband is using the next size and all his stuff fits perfect (plus we added some of our daughter's toys in his and he still has room). We aren't using the smaller stand up piece on this trip but if we were, it would hold our son's stuff just fine. The carry-on piece looks small, but it is actually roomy enough for us to put a video camera, portable tv or snacks on the plane. It comes with little locks/keys for each piece and the handles and wheels seem fine so far. I've received lots of compliments from those who have seen my luggage :) Good purchase, great price!

Great color (choco/pink), great price, I love the tote. It has a 6 year warranty, which is good because I've had to use it twice already. I purchased it in Feb. Used the tote, and 21" carry on for an 8day trip in Europe in March. The shoulder strap on the tote broke on day one...not cool. But it was replaced FOC.
Used 21" carry-on, for a 7 day road trip in August worked well
Used 21" carry-on for a 10 day flight to Miami and cruise in Sept. The handle (not the adjustable one - but the one you would pull from an overhead bin) broke off. I haven't used the larger cases yet, but if this is what they would consider "normal wear and tear" I might not purchase it. I travel a lot for work and pleasure so that was dissappointing

This luggage set is cute. I have to tell you I'm extremely happy with the quality and the style. The brown and pink make this suitcase stand out in the baggage claim. Great quality and great price.

I recently returned from Las Vegas where I used the carry on and the largest upright. I thought that they were both very durable and I found multiple uses for the pockets outside of the carry on. I had no problems with the straps and on the way back I bought additional items and I had to check my carry on and it survived through all of the handlings of the baggage employees. I have to say that the brown/pink colors are one of my favorite parts about the luggage, not only is it very attractive at first glance it also made it very easy to identify at the baggage claim areas. In all I loved the luggage and I can't wait to use it again where ever my travels take me.

I got the chocolate set, which is really nice. They've held up so far through the airports and on a cruise where your luggage is tossed in piles. Everything is good and it has plenty of room, love the pockets available on the inside.

This set is extemely cute. The color is well noticeable and is large enough to fit a lot of belongings. Too bad flight regulations will have you paying more for all the stuff you are going to be able to fit in it.

I was so excited when I got this set of luggage. All the sizes are great. You will be amazed how much stuff you can put in these suitcases. Nice color too! It stands out among other black luggage in the baggage claim.
