I love this collection. I purshased online. The only promblem I had was the 1st shipment came broke, well a few items. I had no promblem calling customer serivce and they sent me out a second shippment right away. I have also purshased the shower curtain and waste basket. I have recieved so many compliments on the masterbath.

We got these as gifts a few months ago, and the packaging was terrible. Two items arrived broken. I was able to return them to our Target store, but each time we check the Target.com website, we are told it is unavailable. Frustrating, especially since we already have the matching curtain.

The set was what I expected and very nice but 2 of the items arrived broken, 1 was completely shattered and the other was detached from the brown bottom piece. This is very frustrating considering I waited almost 2 weeks to receive it. But the unbroken items are very beautiful. I plan on calling customer service and having another set sent out however I'm afraid the pieces will come broken again =\

The lotion dispenser had the paint pilling off the pump dispenser the day I received it. The other parts are ok. Each item was wrapped individually. I already owned the shower curtain so this set completed the look for the bathroom. Low quality paint on the soap dispenser, though.

these are cute, how ever, they detach themselves from the wood base. the wood base warps, and every piece now wiggles and tips over because it is not stable. bummer.

The items were packaged well, no broken pieces. The pictures do not portray the dark brown color on the bottom of each piece, I bought it because I thought it was black not brown, but they are dark enough to look good with my black matte faucet.

When i received these, one of them was completely shattered. not just cracked, it was in about 6 pieces. Very disappointing.

I rated this a four because the product itself was perfect. It's exactly what I wanted for my bathroom! The ceramic is more like an off white to me. The reason why I took a point off was because it was damaged and now the product is out of stock so I cannot get a replacement. Hopefully that is only temporary!!! I'm really disappointed with the way they packaged it- so if you order this be prepared that it might be cracked/broken.
