Ordered two shades and they came this afternoon. Had them installed within 20 minutes. Easy install, and really well made. I think they are a great value for the price and will likely buy them again. Just a note, there are these braces on the reverse side that you have to swing into place to help with the cordless up and down feature. I almost didn't even read the directions since the install was fairly obvious, but I am glad that I did because I would never have known about that step. They did slide up and down even without the braces locked into place, but doing so made a world of difference on how seamless they function. So don't assume that the install is as obvious as it looks, read the directions and you will love these shades!

I ordered these shades because it said RED and when they were delivered I was very disappointed! They are not Red they are more of a Rose color. If you want a true Red then do not order these shades.

Instructions are Worthless

The product itself is ok, but the instructions are absolutely worthless. The only useful part of the instructions was the web address. At the website, they have clearer instructions. It must be a wide spread problem, because the first four FAQ's on the site are about installation.

I have them throughout my house and love the dark red color and the quality of the material. They give a finished uncluttered look that ties everything together. If anyone is interested in rugs, the Target dark red shag rugs are an exact match to the shades. (Actually my shades aren't cordless, but look identical to the photo.)
