I received this a few weeks ago. It looks great in my house and helps keep the clutter of bags, jackets and hats off my floor.

The quality of the rack leaves a tiny bit to be desired. Hard to explain but the pieces that screw together (until it is tight) feel as if they aren't screwed firmly into place. It feels as if they can be screwed/turned indefinitely. Doesn't impact the effectiveness of the product, it just irks me a bit.

Overall, a great purchase and no regrets.
