I put the tower piece together easily in a couple hours. The large corner posts keep it from looking like typical particle board furniture. The drawer goes together easily and fits in the unit nicely. Just be careful when putting the four holed back board on...it really IS particle board and the screws are difficult to align properly. Do NOT over tighten the screws onto the top glass panel or you could crack it. It should be snug but not as tight as you can get it. With a little care, you should have a very nice piece and the frosted safety glass shelves make it look great. The TV stand is solid and can hold a large TV. If you are short on room, get just one tower and the stand like I did. I am VERY pleased!

we went to target and bought the tv stand and one of the bookshelf. as we were putting it together, i noticed there were A LOT of sratches on the wood (we bought the darker set). we were thinking about returning it, but the stand and shelf came with this touch up pen. the touch up pen is great! you can't even notices the hugh sratches! also, it took a long time for us to get the drawer to fit on the tv stand..it wouldnt close..but now we have everything set up, it is one great looking piece!

I bought the TV stand for my new 50" bigscreen and 2 of the side piers. Very easy assembly with clear instructions and, guess what, a bag of extra parts, amazing. Great quality furniture. Solid wood on most weight bearing parts. Fantastic, durable finish. Went back and bought 2 end tables to finish it out. Once again, very easy assembly and fine quality. I really like the frosted glass. Total assembly time for all 5 pieces, about 2 hours. Caught them all on sale too. I highly recommend this furniture if you can handle the assembly.

Great Form, Poor Function (Beware of your stereo equipment)

This piece is heavy, well constructed and looks great. I had no issues putting it together. The only downside is that the two top openings are only 4.5" tall. My plan was to put our DVD player in one opening and the stereo receiver in the other opening with the TV on the top. The DVD player fit, but just barely. Unfortunately the stereo receiver was TOO TALL to fit in the opening, so now it has to sit on top next to the TV and ruins the entire function of the piece. I wish the manufacturer would have put more space on the top shelf and reduced the height of the shelf with the drawer. Too late for me, but measure your stereo equipment height before buying this piece.

After my boyfriend purchased a new 46" flat screen, I figured we needed new furniture. At first I bought only the tv stand. It took about an hour to assemble, but was quite easy. It fit his Xbox 360 and my dvd player in the two top spaces. And we store a couple extra games and dvds in the lower openings. The drawer is big enough to hold all of our video game accessories, tv cords, and more junk :)
After being so pleased with the tv stand, I bought the audio tower the next week. My boyfriend was shocked when he came home and I had set it up by myself! It was so easy. It looks great in our apartment. Very clean and sophisticated for the price. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

I bought the entertainment stand in Espresso at a Target store. It took a while to put together and was somewhat confusing, but once put together it was georgeous! It's relatively big, and modern looking. It holds my very heavy TV and my components. Very nice!
