Great sound, poor manufacture June 1, 2009 Reviewer:  S. Martin Real Name See all my reviews >

For someone unwilling to give up their cassette collection
for the new formats, this is a great device. The sound
with the mega-bass is powerful and the device plays long
on a single AA battery.

Unfortunately, I have to replace the unit on almost a yearly basis.
The first thing to go is usually a channel
on the headphones and then the tape transport mechanism.
Each year, the units are harder to find retail. Soon I'm
sure they will no longer be available and my huge cassette
collection will be useless.
