This product does the job, no doubt about it. I fully endorse the waterpik WP100, except for two problems: 1: they do not last long, and you cannot repair any part. The nozzle head begins to leak, dribbling down your hand until you give up and buy a new one. We have bought five of these in about 7 years. Seems like they should last longer. 2: waterpik does not distribute to stores the nozzles that wear out, the ones most commonly used for really good gum cleaning. They supply one with some models, and you have to buy them online at waterpik or other outlets. The nozzles you get with the machine are the very hard plastic tipped nozzles with the half life of cobalt. Your grandkids will still be using them, but you get a handful with the product. The really good ones have to be bought separately.

The Water Pik works great if you have braces. I use this now instead of flossing each bracket.

absolutely love it. what I really love is that my 9 year old son uses it and really likes it, he was cavity free last dentist visit. My mouth feels wonderfully clean have had it for a year and the dentist was amazed at how little I had to have my teeth cleaned. I use it with a little bit of listerine in the water at night and I wake up with absolutely no film on my mouth. I have a bridge and it is amazing how it cleans in between it and my teeth in general. Highly recommend it to everyone especially if you have a permanent bridge or braces. It is my xmas gift to my love ones this year. Everyone is getting one.

During a regular visit to my dentist, I was informed that it would probably be better for me to increase my dental checkups because of excess plac. Using the water-pik I purchased from Target, my Dentist has informed me that my plac problem has been tremendously cleaned and under total control. It will be an intergral part of my dental process every day now. Armed with my toothbrush and water pik, coupled with regular dental checkups, I feel my teeth are cleaner then they have ever been.

It's a great little machine if your kids will use it. I bought it about 5 months ago and everyone used for the 1st month. I am surprised if they use it even once a month now.
It was a recommendation from the Orthodontist.

My previous Water Pik developed a leak in the hose so I bought this model to replace it. Compared to the other model, this one barely has enough power to clean my teeth. I keep it at the highest setting. Very disappointed.
