lovely curtains March 30, 2009 Reviewer:  NewlyWed "Heather" (Pittsburgh PA)  See all my reviews >

These curtains are gorgeous! And they look super expensive! I love how the back is lined so that if you have windows like mine, you get alot of sun and curtains can end up fading easily over time. The lining is great since it will stop that, as well as helps keep the lighting really soft if they are closed. I have these in my office/craft room and they look wonderful with the bright pink accent rug and lamp.
One thing though, they are not black and white, more black and ivory. Which i was totally fine with.
Great curtain for the price, i wish they had a valance so I wouldn't have to alter the panels to make one.

These Curtains Are Not Black and WHITE! June 14, 2008 Reviewer:  Pumpkin (Southern CA)  See all my reviews >

I ordered these online. So the desciption of Black/White is what I went by. I'm not sure why no one mentioned this on other reviews, but these curtains are not black and white, they are black and IVORY!

These were supposed to go into a room that is black and WHITE. The ivory color of the curtains make them look dingy compared to the bright white in the room.

I am very dissapointed. I'm now going to have to take them back and find another curtain.

Beautiful!!! September 16, 2009 Reviewer:  T. Dubose Real Name (Lubbock, TX, USA)  See all my reviews >

These curtains are heavy weight and look like custom made draperies. Just really pretty and nicely made! I would highly recommend these.

There great, except for two things.... March 26, 2009 Reviewer:  Sophia E. Prater "Sophia" Real Name (Wisconsin)  See all my reviews >

These curtains are great! There heavy and feel really soft. They are cream and black, like mentioned in another reveiw, but thats alright for me because my walls and floor are cream too, I live in an apartment afterall.
There are two things though that made me give this a 3 star rating instead of a 4 or 5.
First, now I dont know if this was just a mistake on my part, because I assumed or if its due to the economy right now, but when I ordered the Panels, I assumed that there would be two inside the bag. When I recieved them in the mail, there was only one side of the panel. Whoops, no wonder there relativly nice priced, theres only one side! SO I had to quickly reorder the other side with it, thankfully theres free shipping on these.
Than the second issue was that, yes they are blackout, but when you hang them on the window and the sun comes through, it makes it hard to eee the diesign. Where the sun is shinning its a blur of color, than where the window cuts off its what the cutrain actually looks like. I find that a little distracting.
But overall, I like them and they add a good amount of character to my bedroom. Id buy it, but think smarter than I did!

Great curtains - but DON'T dry in dryer... February 8, 2009 Reviewer:  Wendel (San Jose, CA)  See all my reviews >

We really love these curtains, and they do keep light out. However, we washed and dried them per the EXACT instructions on the tag and when we hung them back up, they were 6 inches shorter. We had to put them in a short rinse cycle to get them wet again, and then hang them wet and stretch all the woven fabric out by hand to get them back to ground level. Other than that, they are pretty and go well with our dark wood furniture and white comforter.

Perfect for my very large kitchen window. December 28, 2008 Reviewer:  Brooksy "Angela B" (Oklahoma City, Ok)  See all my reviews >

These curtains are perfect. I have a huge window that lets in a tone of morning son. I bought 2 panels and hung them from large wooden rings with clips. They are stunning and the focal point of my Kitchen. They are heavy and thick and block out the morning sun (when it becomes to intense). My kitchen has black and Ivory cabinets so I guess the Ivory aspect is good for me, even though I Never really noticed it until I read the other reviews.

Beautiful, Despite Length Problems!! June 5, 2008 Reviewer:  Lola Bean See all my reviews >

Although I did have problems with the lengths being off by a few inches on two of the six curtains I bought for my bedroom, they are worth it because of the price. I put the four that were all the same length across my double windows and then used the two slightly shorter ones as closet door curtains, which looks very elegant and chic. I put them on heavy black rods with black rings attached to clips, so that they can open easily. I have gotten compliments from everyone that has seen them, even people that just saw pictures of them in the room. They make a very bold, yet simple, statement and were worth the price and problems.

They are super sheer...but damask. May 16, 2008 Reviewer:  Monica M. Cruz "The Damask Diva" Real Name (Beeville, TX)  See all my reviews >

The damask part is the only great thing about these curtains. They are very sheer- you wouldn't think so because of how much black is in the curtain, but they are ridiculously sheer and that is something I wasn't expecting.

That being said, they design is stunning and beautiful. The curtains are very well made and durable.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! September 23, 2009 Reviewer:  Designaholic (Los Angeles, CA)  See all my reviews >

You get what you pay for. These Damask curtains are fine considering the price. The material is not very thick, and the BLACK color is practically opaque in the sunlight, and you can see the striations of thread in the fabric. The "white" part of the design is more "off white" in color. They do not mask as much light as one might think / want, but if all you want is privacy, they are better than nothing. I recommend shades underneath the curtains, in order to block out the light sufficiently.

Had to have more! September 16, 2009 Reviewer:  Lexilee (Crown Point, IN)  See all my reviews >

I purchased these draperies over a year ago for my family room in the "95" length. I loved the look and purchased another 2 panels for my sewing room. We moved recently, so I re-used 2 panels in our master bedroom. While searching on the Target website, there they were again in the "84" length, so I ordered another pair for my office!
