The stool is great, it looks nice, and it is easy to open and close, but.... the lable on the front will not come off! It is a stuck on mess, I have tried everything and it still won't come off. This is a ridiculous problem since they have been making easy-off lables for years now. Why can't they figure the glue out!!! Before you buy it, try removing the lable before you leave the store.

While this stool opens is it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to close - yes with the safety latch taken off , I nearly put my back out getting it shut yesterday, but today won't close at all, sending it back right away.
