When I was little my parents had a rule for birthday and christmas presents - no one could buy us "pieces toys". Well now that I have my own child I see how quickly toys with many many pieces accumulate, especially if you have a girly girl who likes barbies and teeny tiny princesses with tons of accessories! This organizer saved us! There is a bin for the peices of each playset. She knows where things are supposed to go when its time to clean up too! Sometimes I get annoyed that the bins are so easy to take out because my daughter has the tendency to take them all out and dump them. I considered putting velcro on the bars and bins so I could get them out (handy when cleaning up or taking toys to another area to play) but so it would be harder for her to make such a big mess so quickly. Thats the only complaint I have with it. I guess if you have a smaller child it might not be sturdy enough but for 2+ year olds it should be fine!

We started out with just 1 of these for our living room and now we have a total of 5!! I bought 4 more just for our play room, they are awesome. Our play room is so much more organized now and my 2 year old daughter actually knows where her toys are & where they belong when it's time to clean up! We've had ZERO problems with stability or the bins falling apart of out of their space. I would definately reccoment this product.

I was so excited to add this cute storage shelf in my daughters room. After filling it will toys, I found that it was very top heavy. Just one little pull and the whole thing would come over. Is anyone else having this problem? I am going to keep it but Im just going to have to keep a close eye. Good luck!

I ordered this last week and it was at my house within a few days. I put it together immediately and it only took me about 10 minutes. all you need is a screw driver, pop the bins in and it's ready to go. My 3 yr old daughter loves it as well. It's very cute, matches her room and seems very sturdy so far. Great organizer for all those little toys that get lost at the bottom of the toy box.

It's sturdy but there are a few things I don't like about it. 1)The toys are exposed. When the room is cleaned up, it doesn't feel cleaned up because all the toys on the floor are now in tubs...which still looks messy. 2)My kids have grown out of this. They just have too many toys. It would be great for an office or grandma's house. 3)The bins are open and therefore collect dust, cat/dog hair, dead insects. Which looks even messier than messy toys.

Overall it's a great product but you have to know what you are getting into.

I purchased the white & bright pastel version of this unit for my daughter. She used it 5+ yrs & now it's in my 4 yr old daughter's room (she's had it 3 yrs). It's wonderful to organize & keep all your little ones items nice, neat, & easily accessible. I saw a review on tipping...I've never had this problem. In fact my kids have used it to pull up on & our unit has never even wobbled. It's sturdy. If you did have issues w/ your unit tipping/falling when pulled on try using a set of "L" shaped safety brackets & attach the unit to the wall. I like our unit so much I'm going out today to purchase another one in primary for my son. Also, this unit is a little higher priced than other bin units, but I know from experience that sometimes you get what you pay for & this is one of those times! We bought a "Cars" unit & we returned it because not only was it A LOT smaller, but it was cheaply built, filmsy, difficult to put together, the rods split during installation & even when it was together it wobbled terribly, so I have no problems paying [..] more for this unit when I'm getting double the product! It's worth every bit of the extra money! FYI: I rarely write reviews on products, but after seeing the difference 1st hand between this unit & the other I felt I had to share! :)

I've had this for over a year and a half now. It is not only functional at holding and seperating legos, and blocks, and dinosaurs, and action figures, it is also well made. A year and a half of wear and tear from my now 7 and 5 year old high energy boys and it's still as good as new.

The only problem I've ever had was that my boys wouldn't keep the toys seperated, but I fixed that by printing out picture labels and putting them on the front of the bins.

If you're an organized, clean person like me you won't be disapointed with this organization system!

And I never had any problems putting it together, it was actually super quick and easy!

I just got this storage unit for my son's toys. I had no problems assembling it. It seems sturdy and holds lots of little toys. My two year old son can reach all the bins quite easily. I would caution people from loading it up with heavy toys on top, it can become top heavy quite easily.

I purchased this about a week ago and so far it is great, it holds more toys than I was expecting it to! I have had ZERO issues with stability, as other reviewers have commented on. I have it on wood floors and it is very sturdy. Also, this site lists that it is only available online. I purchased it instore a week ago and saved $ on shipping! Check in store before you buy! I found it in the childrens furniture aisle.
