I have purchased two of this item. One of the boxes had a rip on it on arrival and one wheel and some screws were lost from the package. will try to call Target to see if I can get the missing parts.

the other box was intact and I have assembled one of the racks: here is my not so good experience -

I have been assembling many complicated stuff, furniture, etc, since my move and must say this item was the MOST frustrating thing I have ever had to put together. The item itself requires a very simple assembly however the plastic "sleeves" that supposed to "click into place" kept popping off the rods. they just don't fit the rods!!! the sleeves don't close properly when you put them on the rods and when you slide the shelf over, the sleeves ride down to the bottom of the rods and pop off again, and again. Not to mention, putting the wheels on...that was another "major project" as while putting the wheels on, the whole assembly, once again feel apart because the sleeves have popped off again. I had to at least, three times re-assemble the whole thing as it kept falling a part. Can the manifacturer make the "sleeves" so they fit and properly close???
Once the item was assembled, finally, it is a great item. looks great and functions great. so, if they could just resolve the sleeve problem - maybe make it out of something other than plastic that doesn't properly close? this item would be awesome!!!

I purchased this closet a few months back. It was easy to put together. It took my husband and I, 30 minutes and we had extra pieces left over even though we folled directions to the letter. It's strong and holds all of our outerwear. Very happy with it.
