I followed the directions and had no trouble setting a combo for this lock. It locks up like it's supposed to and unlocks like it's supposed to. Another reviewer who had trouble setting the combo must have read the directions wrong or not read them at all.

Bought this bike combo lock and you could not set a combo or lock it. Exchanged it for their bike key lock. It would not lock either. Ridiculous.

I love the length of this cable...can lock my bike to a fat tree if no bike rack is available1! Letters are large enough for these "senior" eyes to read easily.
