Soooooo much better than topicals because it does not dry out my whole face for just several pimples. It works much quicker than topicals too. I am pleasantly surprised!

Zeno is literally a breath of fresh air. It works better and faster than any acne lotions or creams that I have tried on the market.

I carry a Zeno in my purse and use it regularly for flare-ups. I just got one for my daughter too and she loves it! About a day and the flare-up is flared-down.

I bought the zeno recently because I was hosting a party for a close friend and mount everest decided to erupt. I was pleasantly surprised at the results. Two honkers on the end of my nose were gone after the end of just two treatments. I did two treatments on each about 12 hours apart, went to bed and magic! It really was just that simple with basically no other side effects. Maybe a little bit pinkness for a couple minutes after use, but that was it.

I too have tried just about everything else, and have found that it seems everything only makes very subtle differences in my skin. I tried this b/c of the good reviews, but again am left with something that has a barely noticeable impact.

It seems that the type of pimples this is supposed to work on is so specific, that I never really know if I am using it when I should be. It's not like a cream that you can just rub all over and hope it works on what it should be fixing. Each "application" is individual, and quite costly.

When I have determined that I have a "qualifying" pimple and used it a few times, I haven't really noticed that it does anything. It is just hot on my skin, then turns my skin red, and when the redness disappears, there is no change. Repeat every 12 hours at a few bucks a pop.

On one occasion, I did notice that the pimple seemed to get smaller and thought it might be working. But it wasn't enough to tell if it was because of the Zeno, or just the normal healing process. Plus, it never really went away... just got smaller and left a smaller, less-inflamed bump on my face.

So for me, unfortunately this is not the miracle machine I was hoping it would be. Which is incredibly frustrating... with all of the scientific developments, we still really can't find an absolute cure for zits? C'mon doctors and scientists! We need ya!

I purchased my Zeno recently because I have reached the point were I will try anything. I have normal pimples,tiny pimples and the occasional cystic nodule. I know it says it isn't for cystic acne but I figured I would try it anyway. I couldn't get to the cystic nodule before it appeared but very soon after. It reduced the pain right away and stopped the growth (I swear) i have used everything for those nodules and nothing has even done that. It didn't make it go away right away but it did go away faster than before and with much less pain. If you have ever had a cystic nodule you know the pain I am talking about. If that alone was all it did it would be worth it to me, but it did help with the other regular pimples as well if i got to them very early. For the small little zits, it did not do much of anything, but for me the small ones are the least of my worries.

I am approaching 30 and I don't want to use benzol peroxide anymore, which is the only other thing that really kills the bacteria. it's to harsh on adult skin and I don't need that when I am trying to stop wrinkles. Zeno does that spot treatment job without drying the skin and without the harsh (possibly bad for you) chemicals. You just need to realize it isn't "magic" but it is better than the alternatives.

After six months of regular use I can find only two minor issues, the cost (more about that later) and getting the proper start up steps correct. I kept forgetting to push the flashing green light to start the treatment and it would power down on me. I thought I had a problem, but after reading and following the instructions (I should've spent a little more time with that to start, I think it's a guy thing) it has worked WONDERS on my acne!!!

I see major improvement in the 30-36 hour range! Nothing I've found comes even close to that quality of improvement in that short of time!

I THINK THE MOST IMPORTANT BENEFIT WITH ZENO IS WHEN I FIRST FEEL A "PIMPLE TINGLE" I ZAP IT TWICE DURING THE DAY AND IT NEVER DEVELOPS!! THAT'S BEEN WORTH MORE TO ME THAN I CAN EXPLAIN.

I mentioned earlier the cost issue. 6 months ago I paid [...] and I've killed too many zits to count, so like anything in life, you get what you pay for. But, I see now that the price has been reduced and that a smaller lower priced version is also available.

The best part about zeno is that it works so quickly. Give it a day and the pimple is gone. I've never had such exciting positive results before with other acne products! It also keeps me from picking, which is really hard for me to do!

Zeno succesfully eliminates each of my pimples in two or three treatments. I catch them early when they are in the tender red bump stage, and this is where I have found Zeno to be the most effective. Since the pimple doesn't come to a head, there is no eruption, and thereby no scarring!! It is amazing! This is the best thing I've found for my face, although it is not to be used in place of good daily hygiene.

When Zeno first came out at Target a while back, I bought one. I have used it regularly on my outbreaks. I like that it just uses heat and that it doesn't contain harsh chemicals that dry out all of my face for just a couple problem spots. The refills are not really a big deal to me either because I've only needed one so far. Maybe this is because you treat the pimple for the first time on the day it surfaces, so many pimples can be easily managed with just one application. I've used Zeno for about a year or so and I'm very happy with this product.
