I purchased this mattress cover, because of its softness and cush. It was wonderful until i washed it and it completely fell apart, i followed the washing directions and the backside developed large holes and the stuffing is falling out. One washing and its destroyed. I am trying to get this returned, but i didnt keep my receipt, thinking that i didnt need it since it fit my bed so nicely and was extremely comfortable. Now we will see if target will stand by their product and do the right thing.

We JUST bought this and have used it for 2 weeks...it is extremely comfortable but I washed it for the first time last night.....I followed the directions to a "T" and when I took it out of the drying (dried it on "low" just as the tag said), the backing was all torn up and melted!!!!!! I was stunned!!!

I recently purchased another zone mattress pad. I have been very impressed with the first one I purchased last fall.It rates highly with me due to the dreamy comfort it added to our mattress as well as its durability and ease of care.

I love this mattress pad. It made our old mattress feel comfy cozy, however, I have not washed it yet. I do plan to buy another for our guest bedroom.

I have recommended this pad to lots of friends. It would make a great wedding gift. I have washed it and it plumps right back up and refreshes itself. It's wonderful! I love it.

Pad is well stiched and very comfortable. I have been tossing and turning in bed at night and now I sleep much better. I have not had a problem washing this pad since I use a "Large capacity Commercial Washer" at the Luandry mat as stated on the care instructions.

The backing fell apart after first washing. I washed the pad in warm water on the delicate cycle and only partially dried it on low in the dryer. I pulled it out after 15 minutes to allow it to air dry. I am trying to get a replacement but I threw away my receipt.
