A friend gave me this as a gift, and it's probably one of the most used gifts I have ever recieved. I absolutly love it! My husband loves garlic but I hated having to peel it and dice it, but this little gadget does it all! It is so easy to work, and if you rinse it right after you use it, it is so easy to clean. I was a little concerned about how light it was, but it works great! I have been using it for almost every meal! If you don't have one I highly recommend you buy this one!

The ZYLISS Susi Garlic Press pictured on line Item # 559666 is not what you're going to recieve, I've had a round bowl Garlic Press by ZYLISS for 20 yrs and loved it, it was outstanding! The replacement I recieved was a (for better words) "3/4 oval bowl" with the same Item #, "Not the one pictured". Hopefully it works as well the old one and better than Targets advertising. Guess you can say I'm disappointed.

Finally, I have a garlic press that is worth keeping. I gave up on garlic presses long ago because none I tried worked. A few did for a few weeks and broke but others either didn't do it at all or cleaning was more time consuming than doing the job by hand. Mine did not come with the cleaning tool. I use a tooth brush for it when needed which is seldom. I did buy my son the jumbo version, which includes the cleaning tool. Wish I had bought that one too. Probably still will.

This the best press that I have ever owned. All of my other ones before this one couldn't take the pressure and would crack. I have had this one for about 10 years now, and it's great! Oh yeah, and it comes with a handy little clean out tool.

Received mine today and I'm truly amazed...it literally pressed out the ENTIRE garlic. I did peel it however. I couldn't believe how much garlic came out of one clove! Easy to rinse and wash...I doubt that it will rust either! So sad I hadn't found it sooner!

This garlic press is just average as far as I'm concerned. It is a lot lighter and flimsier than the one I had to replace (after years of good service). I have never found any press that worked especially well without peeling the garlic and this one, unlike its predecessor, doesn't have a self cleaning thing to shove the bits of garlic out of the holes, so I have to use a toothpick.

No peeling necessary, this garlic press works perfectly even if the garlic clove has the skin on. Great tool, mine gets quite a workout and I have no complaints, although I have heard a few people comment on the finish and that it starts to flake off. I have not had this problem and have beat it up pretty good and always run it through the dishwasher. I didn't think I really needed a garlic press--I have nice sharp knives, but while it's not really any faster, it sure is a convenient way to mince garlic.

This is the best garlic press ever! You dont even have to peel it or squeeze that hard. Washing is NOT a problem either. And the matte silver material makes for easy gripping.

This is the creme de la creme of garlic presses. You don't need to peel the garlic and it presses so easily! I have had many a garlic press that the handles have bent from trying to crush the garlic!

You just take a clove of garlic - unpeeled. Put it in the chamber and press! The skin is left behind and you are left with the crushed garlic and juices. No more peeling garlic!

I can't tell you how great this press is. You'll have to try it yourself!!!
