 | Shipping & Delivery Estimates | |
 |
| | We do our best to accurately estimate when your items will be delivered. Estimated delivery dates are generally a range of dates based on several factors, including:
• Your destination address • How quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment • The shipping speed you select at Checkout • Your shipping preference (example: ship items together or ship when each item becomes available)
What “Standard Shipping” Means
Standard Shipping is the default setting in Checkout and means that your package will be in transit for 3-5 business days after it is shipped from one of our facilities. The main factor that affects this transit range is your proximity from the shipping facility.
What 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Mean
Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both item availability and shipping time into consideration. At the “Place Your Order” page (during Checkout), you’ll see the estimated delivery date range for your order.
Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via 1-day shipping may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
What does “Shipping Preference” mean?
If your order contains more than one item, you can opt to save money or time in the Shipping Preference section. On the final page of Checkout, you will see 2 options: • Choose Group my items into as few shipments as possible to save money on shipping costs. We’ll consolidate your items and mail them as soon as they’re all available. • Or, choose I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available to save time. You’ll be charged for each separate shipment.
How do you calculate the estimated delivery date range?
On the day you place your order, we consider two factors in calculating the estimated delivery date range:
• Product Availability: The length of time it takes to prepare your item for shipping. This date range is listed on the right side of the main image on the item’s detail page. If an item is listed as “In Stock”, it will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days.
• Shipping Speed: The shipping method you selected in Checkout. Most items have three choices for shipping speed -- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Two-Day Shipping, and One-Day Shipping (fastest).
We combine these factors using the equation below to estimate your delivery date range:

|
 |
 |
 | Product Availability + Shipping Speed = Estimated Delivery Date RangeProduct Availability + Shipping Speed = Estimated Delivery Date Range | |
 |
| | Here’s an example:
If you order an item that shows availability as “In Stock” and select “Standard Shipping” (which typically takes 3-5 business days), your item should arrive within 5-8 business days from the day you place your order and the estimated delivery date range at checkout will show this date range.
How can I get my order faster?
Some items can't be expedited due to size, weight, or vendor constraints. There are a few ways to expedite the delivery of your order:
• On the final page of Checkout, select the option stating “I want my items faster. Ship items as they become available.” • On the final page of Checkout, select the “Two-Day Shipping” or “One-Day Shipping” option.
Note that these changes may increase the shipping charge on your order and may not be available based on the items in your cart.
Only one shipping option can be selected per order. For example, if you have two items in your cart and would like one item to ship at a faster speed such as 1-day or 2-day shipping while the other item ships with Standard Shipping (3-5 days), please place a separate order for each item.
