Tracking Your Order

Target.com uses several methods and carriers to ship your packages.  Once your order has entered the shipping process, you can track your order through the “My Account” link at the top of any page.

How do I find my tracking number?

    For UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, and USPS shipments:

  1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
  2. Select "Open and recently shipped orders" in the dropdown.
  3. Click on "Track Packages" link.
  4. (If you are not yet signed in to your account, you will be prompted to sign in.)
  5. On the Track Packages page, select the red "Track Your Package" button to view current tracking information for your order.

 

    For CEVA/EAGLE shipments:

  1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
  2. Select “Open and recently shipped orders” in the dropdown.
  3. Click on "Track Packages" link.
  4. On the Track Packages page, select the gray button on the right.  It will say either "View Order" or "View or Change Order".
  5. Below your Estimated Delivery Date you will see the carrier information, a red Track Your Package button and your tracking number.  Save this tracking number, you will need it for step 7 below!
  6. Click on the red Track Your Package button (which will bring you back to this page).
  7. Scroll down, click on the CEVA/EAGLE tracking link below, and enter in your tracking number to review the status of your delivery. (Be sure to enter the CEVA/EAGLE tracking number from step 5, not the Target.com Order Number.)

Note: Some CEVA/EAGLE shipments are not trackable online and are only trackable by calling CEVA directly at 1-800-888-4949.  Some CEVA deliveries may need an appointment and may require an additional 24-48 hours delivery time from the Estimated Delivery Date.  Please call CEVA to confirm if an appointment is needed.

 

 

    For DB Schenker shipments:

  1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
  2. Select "Open and recently shipped orders" in the dropdown.
  3. Click on "Track Packages" link.
  4. (If you are not yet signed in to your account, you will be prompted to sign in.)
  5. On the Track Packages page, select the red "Track Your Package" button.
  6. You will see a tracking page designed by DB Schenker with all of your shipment's information.
  7. If the page does not display your tracking information, return to the "Track Packages" page and copy the tracking number next to your order.  Enter this tracking number on the DB Schenker shipment tracking page outlined in Step #6 above.
What if I don’t see a tracking number?

Due to carrier capabilities, some orders can't be tracked online.  Please refer to your ship notification for an estimated date of delivery.
